Early this Thursday morning Justin Bieber was arrested for charges like DUI, Drag Racing, and resisting arrest. How did you get into this mess Biebs?!
According to sources closest to Justin he was seen partying in a nightclub in Miami, FL; when he was pulled over just after 4.a.m. He was seen in a yellow Lamborghini that was racing against a red Ferrari on a residential area were the speeding limit is about 30 mph and they were going about 55 to 60 mph.The 19 year old pop star resisted arrest when he was asked to get out the car by a Miami Beach police.
According to that police man he said Bieber kept asking him ” What the fu*k did I do? Why did you stop me?”. After Justin was taken into custody a photo was released of the star in a bright orange jumpsuit who seem to be smiling quite happily to be in the spot his in.
Justin has appeared before a judge and his bond was then set for $2,500 total. Those fines were divided by the $500 for driving with an expired license another $1,000 for resisting his arrest and $1,000 for driving under the influence. Jeez! Glad he is a billionaire!
Meanwhile, Miami Beach Police Chief Raymond Martinez told reporters that Justin Bieber “made some statements that he had consumed some alcohol, and that he had been smoking marijuana and consumed some prescription medication,”. Also, according to the arrest report it specifically describes the Bieb’s as having a “flushed face, bloodshot eyes, and the odor of alcohol on his breath.” Which according to sources like TMZ “he blew a 0.4 when the Florida limits a 0.2.” YIKES!
It is also rumored and its not yet confirmed that Justin may have told the police that his mother had provided him with the medical prescription that he had taken earlier that night by the name of Xanax whether that is 100% true it is yet to be confirmed. So please give his mother Pattie a break!
With that being said later on in the afternoon just recently he has been released from jail wearing a black hoodie and jump on top of the van’s roof to wave to the cameras and fans that waited for him outside the jail.
